Workplace assessment

Observation and oral questions templates are used to facilitate observation by the Assessor of the learner's daily work activities. The templates provide a system which allows the Assessor to gather enough reliable evidence about a learner's skills and knowledge in the most practical ways possible. The assessment resources map or link the performance criteria and items of knowledge to the relevant unit(s) of competency before the assessment process begins. Questions and scenarios in the templates may be used, at the Assessors's discretion, to assess knowledge and understanding.
